Well I am cleaning out the hoarded cards that I have and I have put them in my Etsy shop. Feel free to take a look and even better, buy some! LOL. I will be adding more soon. Here is the link http://www.etsy.com/shop/ashersjane Have a wonderful day!
So yesterday on the Moxie Fab World blog there was a new Tuesday Trigger up. This one hit my creativity button right away and off I went to create. These are super simple but so fun! Just a simple Merry Christmas card set. Loved the white for these.
Have a wonderful day! Don't forget to stop on over at The Scrap Review today. There is a really good giveaway and if you leave a comment you will be entered to win!
So this last Friday, the 13th, my friends Kim and Ally met up and went to Mesa to go to dinner and to crop! We met up with our friend Kim and her friends(now our friends) Terri and Karolyn. We met them for dinner at Rancho de Tia Rosas in Mesa. YUMMM!!!
After a very scrumptious dinner, we headed over to Scrapbooks, Etc. in Mesa for a crop. Sadly I didn't take many pictures, but I got 2 more and here they are.
Ally and her super FAB layout!
Kim, gathering her stuff. I didn't take this til the end of the night, but Kim pounded out some serious pages for her trip to NY. They ROCK too!
Thank you girls for such a fun evening! I can't wait til we go again!!
Yay I am posting today! Sometimes I just wonder if I can ever keep this thing up anymore! I will because I love it and it just gives me a place to put my schtuff. Well here is today's card. It is based on the current Moxie Fab Challenge. Use plum on a card. This isn't exactly what I had envisioned for this card, but I still like it. Hope you have a great day. I am off later today to have dinner and good times with really good friends! YAY!
So earlier this week over on the Write. Click. Scrapbook. site my friend Emily Pitts, posted a challenge to lift the ad on the site. Well it took me about 20 min from start to finish. This is a really simple LO, but I like how it turned out. So fun!!
So I am back with another card for today. I love this card. I got up early this morning because I couldn't sleep and I began to play. I used some Pink Paislee from my stash and some Zva Creative pearls. Just yummy! I love this card. Just makes me happy. Hope you all have a fantastic day!!
Today's post will be a bit on the unusual side. I am going to take a break from the cards/scrappiness for today. Here is why:

I am a football fan. I have been since I was a little girl falling asleep to announcers every Sunday watching the Seahawks with my dad. I am Seattle fan through and through, die hard, even if they stink this year. We miss you Mike Holmgren! Anywho, as a fan of football, I can appreciate a man like Brett Favre and his amazing talent. Here is what I don't understand. The fans. Now Favre announced his retirement in 2007 and then later had a change of heart. However, the Packers had moved on to their new QB Aaron Rodgers. Fine, so Favre played with the Jets last season and then signed a 2yr deal with the Minnesota Vikings. Vikings fans were heard all over whining and complaining and yadda yadda yadda about how they can't imagine why the team would acquire Favre! How they were making such a big mistake. What were they thinking!? Well then huh, they started winning. Why? Brett Favre.
His unbelievable talent for making plays happen. Now the Vikings fans are all patting themselves on the back for such a great acquisition.
Now to the game that was played at Lambeau yesterday. We will switch to the Green Bay fans. There were signs being waved in the stadium that had terrible sayings on them. Traitor, they called him. A nobody. Well that nobody beat your team and did it with class. After the game he went and shook hands with Packers players, staff and even coaches. There were differences on both sides, but who ended it and made it the best possible. Brett Favre, my proverbial hat goes off to you.
Not to worry, those of you who aren't the least bit interested in the obsessive sports side of me, my next post will include some scrappy fun stuff!
