My first review and some big news!

Okay so if you follow my blog(all 3 of you), you know that I am now the Senior Editor for The Scrap Review.  Well I have been pretty busy with that and it has been super fun and very exciting.  I love it.  Head on over there to read my very first article about the 7 Gypsies Binderie punch.

Okay so I am going to share a few cards I made for the Card A Licious and Sketch This challenge blogs.  The first one was for the Sketch This blog.  I really liked the sketch and this was just fun and bright.

Okay so I saw this beauty on my friend Emilie's blog and I fell in love with it.  I love working with wood and making things like this, so when I got Cosmo Cricket's Lil Man line, I knew right away what I wanted to do.  I made this little sign for my boys' room.  I LOVE IT!!!  Thanks for stopping by!

More Fun at ScrapSupply!

So I got these finished yesterday for the ScrapSupply 5 yr anniversary celebration challenges.   They were so much fun to create!  The first one was the Mother's Day challenge that is due tonight.   You were to take a picture on Mother's Day and create a layout based on motherhood.  I love how both the picture and the layout turned out!

This next one is for the Sketch Challenge.  Debi Boler created 3 sketches and you are to create at least one layout based on a sketch of your choice.  The deadline for this isn't until the 18th.  There is still plenty of time to play!  LOVE LOVE LOVE this one too!!  TFL!  Have a fantastic day!

To all you mother's out there who are serving on a continual basis.  Who nourish your families with love and patience.  To those who deal with potty training, cleaning smashed peas out of the carpet, cutting gum out of hair, who desperately attempt to find peace and quiet.  For all those who listen and cuddle and snug.

Will you be 2000?

Okay so I have been posting on this blog for a while and I am coming up on my 2000th comment.  So if you leave a comment and you are # 2000 I will send you a copy of the Paper Crafts Special Issue 225 Cards & Gifts in which I have two projects published. 

On another fun note.  I made this card for one of the fun challenges for ScrapSupply's 5yr Anniversary!  WA HOO!  It is the punch challenge by Sharyn Tormanen.   I punched out the flowers and used a border punch on the bottom.  It was fun to make for sure.

Super excited, yet very humbled.
