Something Scrappy!

Okay so I haven't posted anything scrappy in a long time so here is one.  Here is the LO I did for my Random Chaos DT assignment.  It was to use circles in the layout.  I think I did alright with that challenge.  I love the pictures in this.  The ones of Ryan and Sarah are a little blurry but I loved them.  The one of Andrew is perfect because of his head gear.  He hasn't had to wear it for the last couple of months and he loves that!  I am just glad I have pictures to document his progress.  Anywho, thanks for letting me share.  I hope to have more scrappy goodness up later.  Have a fantastic day!

Spring has sprung!

Well there are many indications that spring is definitely here in AZ.  Mainly the weather that has been in the high 80's.  I have a story.  Okay here goes.  Oh around the 15th of March I lent out my 3 fake ficus trees for a wedding reception.  They were promptly returned to me and left in my front entry way to the front door.  Well sadly or fortunately they were not promptly put back in my house.  When returning home from dinner at my in-laws on Monday we found something in one of the trees.  Here it is.

I didn't want to get too close because the mama hummingbird was around.  There is an egg in there as well.  So that is fun!  Also I took a picture of my first rose of the year!  So pretty!  I love my yellow roses!!

Well I hope everyone is having a great day.  Today I will tackle my laundry and hopefully get a few cards done.  I haven't done anything scrappy in over a week!  Crazy I know!

One Easter Picture

Alright so Sunday morning was a little stressful for me as I am trying to get 3 little kids ready for church by myself, not to mention lost shoes, wrong pair of pants, etc.  Well this was taken before we all got in the van and went to church.  It's not great, but hey at least I got one right?

Well a little announcement...

Okay so I haven't blogged in a while.  I know it's been bad.  Well I would like to make an announcement.  Scott and I are expecting our 4th child.  I am not due until October so it will be a long wait for us, but the good thing is I am getting over the sickness.  Yesterday was the first non sick day for me.  WOO HOO! Now who wants to guess what it is??  I am pretty sure it is a boy.  So we will find that out in about a month or so.  So we will see.  You can see my widget on the top left of my blog.  Anywho, thanks for letting me share!  Have a great day!

Okay so today is class picture day for Andrew.  So I got him all gussied up and took him outside to take some pictures of my own.  This kid is so great!  He is fun and smart and just an all around amazing kid.  Anywho, here he is!

Oh the sense of taste...

Now I am blogging about this because I have been on a search since Saturday and it ended at 8pm tonight.  First let me give you some insight.  Have you seen the move Ratatouille?  No? Yes?   Good.  Well do you remember the part where Remy is trying to awaken Emile to the wonderful world of food and different tastes.  He gave him a piece of cheese and you see slight beginnings of fireworks next to his head and then you gives him a small tomato and all sorts of fireworks go off.  Anywho, though it didn't work out for Emile, it definitely works for me in the combination of these two foods:

I know ewww you say.  But no.  Oh sooooo yummy.  It began back in High School my Junior year. After softball practice, my sister, April and I would stop by the quick mart and buy ourselves each a bottle of this yummy goodness and a small bag of chips.  Then if we were lucky enough that the song would come on, we would belt dada da da, dada da da, to the song I'm Gonna be by The Proclaimers.  Ah the sweet, sweet memories. 

Anywho, after the long search I have found my snapple spot, which happens to be a Walgreen's less than 2 minutes a way.  WOO HOO!  There is peace in my world and much happiness for my taste buds.  Just thought I would share.

So I haven't been able to pull out my beautiful new camera to play and figure it out much lately, but I did yesterday for a little while.  This is my Ryan in our front lawn.  I will need to do some serious learning still as I am not "getting it" just yet, but soon I will.  I can feel it.  So here is the photo I just loved from yesterday.  TFL!
