Y'all ever get sick of me posting my cards and scrappy stuff.   Well too bad!!  LOL!  Here are a few that are new.  The first one is based on the sketch at Sketch This Cards this week.  The second is just something I threw together last night.  TFL!

Catching up

So when I was away to the Happiest Place on Earth, I missed some of the card a day challenges.  Now I am all caught up, I think.... It is raining here today and I am sooooo in heaven.  I love the smell of rain or just before or right after.  Soooo good.  One of those favorite smells right up there with freshly cut hay.  Yummy earthy smells.  Anywho, church was so good, despite the 1-4pm time slot we have.  Our lesson today was preparing to be an eternal companion.  YIPES!  Seriously how do you teach 14-15 yr old girls that.  I taught my experiences along with the lesson and still got glossy eyed girls staring back at me.  Well hopefully some of it sunk in.  Who knows.  Well here are some of the cards I made.  Hope you have a wonderful evening.  Thanks for stoppin by! ~Ash

Sketch This Cards #39

This is a simple yet fantastic sketch!!  Here is what I made in the wee hours this morning.   Now I am off to get ready for a mini vacation with Scott.  We leave tonight for Anaheim.  I am sure you can guess where we will be going.  Well gotta go I am off to the post office.  Got another card picked up from Paper Crafts!  Have a fantastic, wonderful, fabulous day! ~Ash

Ho hum...

Well it has been an interesting day.   Well it started out that way.  I was doing really good up until the point where I take the kids to school.  I had Ryan wrapped in a blanket, Sarah dressed and Andrew ready to go.  We were just about to get in the van when I realized that my van was locked and on the console were my keys.  Great!  I don't have a spare set.  So I called the neighbors to have them take the kids and then I had my wonderful Mother In Law pick them up from school.  So needless to say when Scott gets home, I am going to have 10 spare keys made!!   Here is a card I made for the Card A Day challenge over at CSD.   TFL!

#200!!!

Crazy that this is my 200th post!  Fun stuff!  Well let's see fun stuff going on today.  I got an email telling me that Paper Crafts picked up one of my cards to be published for the upcoming August/September issue!  Needless to say I am stoked!!  Happy Day! 

This is a layout I did yesterday based on a sketch by Janelle Richmond over at the  Magistical Memories site.  I love love love it!  I think this photo has its two LO's so it won't be scrapped again.  Hard to resist it though huh.  Anywho,  I think I will concentrate on my boys for a while in my LO's.

The Dress Up Chest
