I know that is what you are thinking when you look at my blog and I haven't changed anything! I get so caught up in life and what I am doing rather than what I am not doing. Did that make sense?? Oh well, the rantings of a mother of 3! So today has been rather successful. Not in the scrapping sense yet. I will get to that soon. I got the cards turned into Ginger for tomorrow, got next Monday's cards almost all designed and put together, I worked out, showered, gave my toes a new polish, and sadly the biggest accomplishment of all......I shaved my legs! I know terrible. So I am feeling all squeaky clean and pretty. Now I just need to brush my teeth again.
So here is a challenge for all you who read my blog, find a card in my gallery that you like the best. Then post which one you like and why and you will be put into a drawing for a little goodie from me. Have fun!!

Okay so I went to the 2P's crop in Mesa last night and had a total blast. The best thing is that I got to see people I hadn't seen in a while. Hey Lisa! So good to see you and the crack is whack shirt. Shanna great to see you as always. Peggy! Lovin' the scraper. You too Ginger and Heidi! Melissa good to see you! Dece and Christi, if you even read this it was soooooooo good to see you two! Amie, thanks for reminding me to be good. Tammi, good to see you and the girls, too cute all three of you! Jamie, so good to see you again and your outfit was way cute by the way. Just a great time was had by all!
I actually scrapped too! I think this is the first crop I have gone to and came home with a layout complete. Not just one either! TWO!!! I know shocking!!
The only downside is that I came home and my little Ryan had a fever of 104. So I gave him some Tylenol and put him back to sleep. His fever broke and has been better. He has a terrible cold and I fear ear infection. We will see. I will keep you posted.
Well I will leave you with pictures of my two layouts, the pictures I took of people at the crop didn't turn out dang it!

Well it is 11:19pm as I sit here at my computer. I figured it was better than sitting in my craft room/closet getting high on my Staz On ink pad. All you scrappers and stampers know what I am talking about. So I am here waiting on the stickles to dry on a card I just finished. Sad I know.
I know this is odd, but I am going to get personal. This last week of working out and eating right has just empowered me. Honestly my body aches all over. I feel like I am in High School again and my body aches after the first week of softball practice. We ran the mile everyday at the beginning of practice and if you weren't in shape at the beginning, you got there reeeeeeeeeally fast. Whether you liked it or not! I just am really feeling so good right now. The aches are slowly diminishing and I like that. That means it's working. I can't tell you how long it has been since I have been in good shape. Oh wait! Yes I can, it was my sophomore year at Ricks College. Every Saturday morning I would get up at 6 or 7 while my roommates were still sleeping, and go play pick up games at the Hart Auditorium. I loved that! So here I am working out and getting into shape again and I love it!! I have been consistent and motivated. I am down to 83 days, and in 35 min it will be down to 82 days left until my 10 year reunion. Are my stickles dry yet?? I'll go check. I will leave you with one of the cards I made this week. I plan on getting some layouts done soon. As in tomorrow night! I'll keep you posted. Thanks for looking!
Here is the card I was waiting to dry.

Well Scott finally got home on Tuesday and it has been nice to be able to sleep a good 8 hrs. I have been doing really well with my workouts. I have done Billy Blanks' Bootcamp twice this week and plan to do my pilates today and Saturday. So I rotate between bootcamp and Pilates daily. My eating has been good. I am doing WW and so that has been good. I haven't seen initial weight loss, but I am shooting more for size than weight.
Here is a card I whipped up this morning while the kids were eating breakfast. TFL. Hope you all are having a wonderful day!

Well Scott calls me this morning to let me know they didn't get on the flight. They are on standby and weren't able to get a seat. BUMMER!! This means he will likely catch the flight to Charlotte, NC. Bad news there, they are having some sort of winter storm!! So who knows when the flight will leave for Phoenix there. If they get there to begin with. AHHHHHH!!!!!
I guess I will keep myself busy. I just hope that it all works out and he gets home soon. The kids are really missing him and I miss him tons!
Okay so I have been re-evaluating myself lately. I haven't been as good as I need to be, so. I have 87 days, or 12.4 weeks until my 10 yr reunion. The goal is to get into shape by then so I don't feel so dumpy when I go. Starting this morning I am going to work out everyday and eat better. I did my Billy's Bootcamp this morning and it kicked my fanny as usual. I am sure I will be tons of sore tomorrow when I do my pilates. So here's to working out and getting in shape!!!
I have been working on a few projects so I will hopefully post them sometime this week. Have a good day!!

Alright so I am going to introduce you to children I babysat years ago. Anna was about 3 years old when I started babysitting for this family of 5 children. Geneil, Claire, Anna, Reid and Joslyn are their names. I started babysitting them when I was 12 or 13 so 14 years ago. I loved watching them and often would watch them days at a time while their parents went away for the weekend. I would then drive them around to various places in the big van. Fun stuff! I love this family and will always love them. Today I was waiting for Scott to chat with me when Jos got on, or rather Pookie as I called her when she was a baby and toddler. She is now 10 and it floors me how fast they grow up. Geneil is now married as is Claire. CRAZY!!! Anna is graduating High School this year and I am so proud of her and her efforts! She is amazing!! Reider is now 15 I think. I called their house a few weeks ago to talk to Lannette (the mom) and I thought Reid was Kim (the dad)! Nutso!
Here are the pictures Jos sent me today. The top one is Joslyn, their cousin, and Anna. The bottom one is just Jos. I love you guys so much! Send more pictures!!

Okay so I wish I could tell you that I was writing to you from a quaint little hotel, but I can't. My husband however did this morning. He and his brother and dad are there on a "man's vacation". They all speak fluent Spanish and are probably having a great time! So jealous. Oh well I am here to pick up My Little Pony tail hair when my son cuts it off per his sister's request. Fun times! I made this card last night. I tell ya, I so need to start scrapping again but just can't seem to find my mojo!
TFL!

This is a little project I finished yesterday. Inside are ten amazing cookie and brownie recipes. I will be teaching this class at Keepsake Trends sometime in May. This is a little something you could give to your friends, family, child's teacher, etc. Just a great gift! I will keep you posted as to when the class is. TFL!
