Okay so I got some pretty disappointing news Sunday night telling me I didn't make the Spellbinders design team. Now I am going to be completely honest with you and say I was beyond bummed. I even cried. I know dumb right? I just put soooo much into this that it was sad to see it not come into fruition. Anywho, I am going to share with you the projects I made for each round.

Your submissions are absolutely beautiful and you should be very proud of them! I was pretty bummed myself! But...do you realize that the amazing Gloria Stengel applied 3 times before she made the 2011-12 team? I know I was surprised to learn that. I plan on trying out again next year...see you then?

Been there, done that! I get how disappointing that is - I would have cried too! :) Your projects are lovely and you should take great pride for making it to the final round!

I think those are lovely projects, Ashley! I'm sorry that you didn't make the team. I can't imagine how tight the competition must have been! I think it's amazing that you've tried. And you're already on so many DTs! I don't have that kind of courage. I admire you. :) HUGS!

Oh sweet girl . . . I am so sorry that you didn't make it! I can tell you that you are much more talented than many of the girls that were picked, and your projects are gorgeous!! Seriously, girl . . . they are amazing!! Please don't lose hope - there's something bigger out there for you! Sending you {{{HUGS}}} and hoping that the hurt goes away very soon.
