I know it has been a while since I last posted. I have been super busy getting things done around the house. I just want to be able to make things as easy as possible on Scott and my MIL while I am gone to CHA next week. So all laundry is getting done, dishes, rooms cleaned and organized, bathrooms scrubbed down, meals planned and pre made/frozen. That kind of thing.
Here is a card I made this week using BoBunny Calypso line. So pretty! I love how it turned out.
If you are in the mood to see what products will be released at CHA, go to The Scrap Review! We have been in full peek mode this month. Enjoy your day!
Okay so I made this LO using American Crafts baby line. I love how this turned out! Makes me just smile.
On this LO I used the following: Baby Pat A Cake, Baby Twinkle Twinkle, Baby Jack be nimble, Baby Mary Quite Contrary (backside), American Crafts Baby Rub Ons, American Crafts Thickers, American Crafts letter stickers, American Crafts Memory Marker, American Crafts eyelet, Signo Uniball white pen, Fancy Pants pin, Misc ribbon, button, floss
Okay so I saw the sketch up at CPS this week and I knew I had to play along. So much fun! I have had this card on my desk for a few days just needing the right finishing touch. I think I found it. Have a wonderful evening my friends!
Okay so I made this card yesterday and it just made me happy. It reminded me why I love this hobby/obsession of mine. To make pretty cards to enjoy and to give away. Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend so far!
I just wanted to thank everyone who voted for me for the PC Gallery Idol contest. I didn't make it past the first round, but it was fun while it lasted. So here is a card I made to share with you all today. Thank you for your continued support. Hugs!
The Top 20 cards are up for voting for the 2009 Paper Crafts Gallery Idol Challenge. You can view my card here and vote for my card here. Be sure you check out all the lovely creations before you cast your vote. Some wonderful cards were made this round! Good luck to all you talented ladies participating in this round! So without further ado, here is the card I created for this round. Have a wonderful day!
I love the 4th of July! So festive, so patriotic. All the parades, celebrations and family getting together. What is not to love? Around this time last year was the first round of PC Gallery Idol. Our first challenge was to make a patriotic card. I have to say this was the hardest card for me. Not because I wasn't patriotic, I just didn't know how to convey that on a card. I stressed and stressed and made like 4 different cards before I made this one. Even to this day it remains in my top ten favorite cards.
I hope you all have a wonderful day spent with friends and loved ones! Enjoy your weekend and be safe!
