Well this is going to serve as our Christmas card this year. We decided to save in postage and go the digital route again. So here goes.
Scott 33- Scott started Harris Electric LLC and is keeping busy with that which is good. Always good. He works hard in the Bishopric of our ward and really enjoys working with the youth. Lately he has been busy creating targets for our own version of Top Shot. That will be taking place sometime during the Christmas break. What a great dad!
Ashley 32- I am keeping busy for sure. With 5 children to keep up with and a house to match. Sometimes I don't keep up, not gonna lie. I have been the Nursery Leader in our ward and have loved being in with Carly and Ellie. I continue to run The Scrap Review and work with amazing ladies there.
Andrew 9- Andrew is now in the 4th grade and is doing so well! He has kept straight A's all year and is very happy about that. He is a smarty and is reading like a mad man. He flew threw the Percy Jackson series and is excited to get the new ones. He is a joy to have in this family and is particularly good with his pride and joy-Ellie.
Sarah 7- Sarah is in the 2nd grade and loving it. She is working on losing as many teeth as she can this year to. She will be wanting at least one of her front teeth for Christmas this year! She is becoming a book worm like her brother and is enjoying the Junie B. Jones series. She is enjoying spelling and good grades too. She is a fantastic helper to her mom and dad and we love her for it! She is getting ready to be baptized this coming July. WOW!! How time flies...
Ryan 5- Started school this year in Kindergarten. He has made some fast and forever friends. Just ask him about his friend Preston and he will go on and on. He loves his teacher Mrs. Guida and can't say enough about her either. He is another smarty pants. He is outstanding in all areas, which is such a relief to his parents. He is our sweet boy and my (Ashley's) snug bug.
Carly 3- She is the big girl at home. She is so fun and loving. She is learning like crazy her letters and numbers. She soaks up singing time during nursery and is super excited to be going to Primary with her siblings in January. We are enjoying her personality as it is coming out in full force. We love her to pieces!
Ellie 1- Our baby. The caboose. She is a big girl and has learned well everything this last year. She learned to climb the stairs immediately after she learned to crawl. The biggest thing was teaching her to climb down (thank you daddy!!). She is talking and waving and doing all the things 1 year olds do. Well except for one. She's not walking yet. She will take two steps and then sit down. She'll get there. We love lovin on her.
May this find you all blessed and healthy this wonderful Christmas season. We are especially grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ and his birth, his life, and his teachings. We love and miss you all so much! May this next year bring happiness and prosperity to you and your family.
Love,
The Harris Family
